Awards and Grants
‘Josh and Franco’ a visual podcast episode we produced with our friends at Are We Europe has been nominated for the prestigious Prix Europa in the Digital Media projects category. The same episode won the award for Best LGBTQIA+ short film at the MiraBan UK Film Awards earlier this year.
In 2021, along with Are We Europe, we were awarded a grant by Allianz Kulturstiftung to produce innovative visual podcast episodes with eight young Europeans. The first episodes in this series are now available here.
In May 2019 we were awarded a New Action Grant as part of the Democracy Needs Imagination call from the European Cultural Foundation. With this grant, we produced two special series: Bursting the Bubble and Postcards from Europe.
In April 2019 we were named one of the winners of the Spinelli Prize, a €25,000 EU award for projects that bring people around the continent closer together.
In May 2018 we were named the Dutch winners of the Charlemagne Youth Prize.
And our most surreal achievement: we won a dog podcast prize from the Dog Podcast Network for this episode that we made in collaboration with Are We Europe.
